Dear Families,
Welcome to Term 3! I hope all students and families had the chance to rest, recharge and enjoy quality time together over the break. It has been wonderful to see our students return with such excitement and enthusiasm, ready to embrace all that this term has to offer.
A new term invites students to set fresh goals and face new challenges with confidence. Our school value focus for this term is ‘Curiosity.’ Yesterday, at our Whole School Gathering, the students reflected on what this word means and how it applies not only to their learning but also to their everyday lives. Throughout this term, students will engage in many conversations about asking questions, exploring new ideas and approaching the world with an open and inquisitive mind. We look forward to nurturing this spirit of curiosity throughout the term, as it plays a vital role in growth across all areas- academic, social, emotional and spiritual.
This newsletter is a shorter edition, including a few updates and a brief overview of upcoming events. I encourage all families to take a moment to review the dates and information carefully. Please contact the school if you have any questions or need further clarification. As always, we ask that you regularly check Compass to stay up to date with all school communications.
Thank you for your ongoing partnership,
Rachel Donnelly
Acting Deputy Principal
